Storm chance Monday, remaining warm
Most of the week ahead is going to be dry and warm, but a few storms may pop up Monday to start the work week. There’s a chance for storms on and off Monday, but the better chance will be in the evening.
Isolated storms will be possible by Monday afternoon. It’s going to be warm, too.
Highs will try for 90 degrees across most of our area.
The dew point is going to be thick, too.
With the high temperatures near 90 and dew points in the lower 70s, we’ll see a heat index well into the 90s for Monday.
Temperatures will be mild through the last days of spring and then the heat really gets cranked up when summer begins.
