Storm chances into the weekend
Showers and storms are likely over the next couple of days. A few of the storms may get strong to severe.
Below is what our StormCast weather model is showing for timing, location, and duration of the storm potential on June 6, 2025.
Storms that do move through may be strong to severe. We are on the very northern edge of a large level 2 “Slight Risk” area that stretches from Colorado to Texas to Kentucky and Tennessee.
Highs on Friday will be near to just below average.
Then on Saturday, another swath of storms will move through our area. Below is what our StormCast weather model is showing for timing, location, and duration of the storm potential during the Saturday time frame.
When storms do move through, the threat for severe storms is there. We are once again on the northern edge of a large area of a level 2 “Slight Risk”.
After storms on Friday and Saturday, we catch a break on Sunday. Then storms will be possible every other day through next week.
