Storm chances through Friday, small chance Saturday

Showers and thunderstorms are possible through Friday, lingering into Saturday. Temperatures are on the way up, as well.

Storms will be pushing through Friday and we may see some heavy rain out of this. Spot storms may drop over an inch of rain across parts of our area.

Above is what our StormCast weather model is saying for timing, duration, and location of the storm chances.

Near normal temperatures are expected Friday afternoon. Highs will be very close to 90 degrees for everybody.

The dew point will be very high once again.

With high dew points, the heat index will push into the upper 90s and low 100s.
