Storm potential through Tuesday
Scattered showers and storms will be possible on and off through the next couple of days. After Wednesday, things dry out for a while and temperatures remain near normal.
We’ll start the day a little warm, in the upper 60s, but we don’t warm up a whole lot by the afternoon.
Highs will be in the lower 80s, which is a couple of degrees below average. The wind will be light and out of the south.
Storms will be possible on and off Tuesday and a few of the storms may be strong to severe. Because of this, there is a level 1 “Marginal Risk” for severe weather.
The main concern for storms on Tuesday will be damaging wind. Wind gusts in excess of 50 mph will be possible with storms that can form.
Storms will also be possible on Wednesday, then we catch a break from the storms all the way into next week. Temperatures will be pretty close to normal each day.
