A break from the heat for a couple of days until the heat of summer returns.
A cold front moves south through the region tonight triggering thunderstorms that will wrap up after midnight and towards Sunday morning. A secondary cool front means cooler temperature on Monday than what we’ll see tomorrow. As we welcome in the second day of July temps heat up turning hot for us once again on Wednesday. As a disturbance and additional cold front heads in Wednesday night into our July 4th Holiday, storms are likely for now with hopes that prediction will change prior to this Thursday.
