Storms likely Friday afternoon

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH is in effect until 5pm this evening for parts of western Kentucky. Storms with 60+ mph winds and quarter size hail will move through this afternoon.

Storms look to move into parts of Kentucky and northern Tennessee this afternoon around 2pm and move out by 6pm. Some gusty winds, heavy downpours and quarter size hail or greater will be associated with these storms.
