Storms likely Saturday afternoon and evening
Saturday, there is a SLIGHT risk for severe weather. Scattered storms will be LIKELY Saturday afternoon and evening. Damaging winds and a few isolated tornadoes will be the main concerns with these storms.
A few isolated tornadoes will be possible.
Large hail up to 1.00″ in diameter or larger possible.
Damaging winds up to 70 mph will also be of concern with storms that come through.
StormCast shows some storms developing in the afternoon and evening hours Saturday. Any storms that get going, could have damaging winds and a few brief spin up tornadoes.
Sunday, a MARGINAL risk for severe weather is in effect for most of the KBSI viewing area. A SLIGHT risk is in effect for most of SE Missouri. Main concerns will be damaging wind and small hail.
Rainfall totals through Sunday morning are ranging from 0.10″- 0.75″+. Some storms could have heavy downpours, which will lead to minor flash flooding in some areas.
Saturday morning, temperatures will be a few degrees warmer, in the upper 60s and lower 70s for all of us.
Southwest winds will be gusting to around 15-20 mph throughout your Saturday afternoon. This will help keep us hot and give us some isolated storm chances.
Saturday, expect below-average temperatures in the upper 70s with mostly cloudy skies.

Monday, storms possible in the afternoon and evening hours. Next week, temperatures staying warm with some more rain chances Thursday and Friday.
