Storms possible Monday morning
A chance for strong storms continues into Monday with more chances for storm activity both Tuesday and Wednesday. Smaller chances for storms linger into the new work week. Temperatures stay warm in the 90s.
There is a Marginal Risk (level 1/5) for Severe Weather on Monday. Damaging wind speeds, large hail and a thunderstorm or two are the greatest risks at this time. The Storm Alert Team is tracking the system as it approaches.
Stormcast is showing strong storm activity over parts of southern Illinois, western Kentucky and NW Tennessee in the early morning hours on Monday. Plan extra time in your morning commute as these storms make their way east.
