Storms possible Thursday

Showers and storms are possible on Thursday, but temperatures will remain mild. For now.

Another day with well above lows and highs. The record high for Thursday is 79 set in 2012. We’ll get close to that!

The chance for storms is highest Thursday night. There’s a chance on and off all day, but the better chance will be from 7pm on.

This is what the 7pm time frame looks like. Some strong storms will be rolling through.

There is a level 2 Slight Risk for severe storms Thursday evening. Large hail, damaging wind, and isolated tornadoes will be possible.
The better chance for severe weather exists in the level 3 Enhanced Risk just to our west.

After the storms Thursday evening, we dry out and cool off heading into spring.
