Strong storms with heavy rain possible
A vigorous weather system will be making its way across our area Thursday into Friday giving us a chance for some strong storms and heavy rain. Temperatures will be a little cool Friday, but we’ll see 80s for highs Saturday and beyond.

Above is what our StormCast weather model is showing for storms through Friday. Severe weather will be minimal, but a couple of strong storms will be possible. Heavy rain is more likely through Friday.
A swath of heavy rain will set up over our area and some of us may see a couple inches of rain.
The best chance for rain will be overnight into the first half of the day Friday. Some storms may linger into Friday night and early Saturday.
Highs on Friday will be a little cooler due to the added cloud cover and rain. Most of us will be in the lower and middle 70s.
High temperatures for the weekend and week ahead will be in the 80s. We may see some 90s early next week.
