Temperatures Remain Warmer, Mostly Sunny to Close September

Temperatures are expected to slowly fall this evening into the lower 60s with mostly clear skies. A northerly breeze continues across the Heartland as we head into Tuesday morning.
High temperatures across the region today remained above-average, with much of the Heartland reaching the upper 80s.
Low temperatures this evening slowly march into the upper 50s and lower 60s. Mostly clear skies, but areas of patchy fog continue to be possible, as we have seen for the past several days.
A smooth commute to and from school is expected tomorrow with mostly sunny skies in Cape Girardeau.
High temperatures will once again try for the upper 80s on Tuesday with winds out of the north-northeast between 5 and 10 miles per hour.
High temperatures across the region continue to be well above average. A few of us may even see the lower 90s on Tuesday.
Stormcast keeps us free from precipitation over the coming days. A few upper-level clouds will build into our area beginning Tuesday evening.
A warm start to October on Wednesday, with high temperatures remaining in the mid to upper 80s until the end of the week. Mostly sunny skies continue into the weekend. Temperatures fall to the lower 80s with increasing clouds as we start next week.
