Sunny and dry next few days. Rain chances start up on Thursday and continue through the weekend. This weekend, we are watching for a chance of storms, even storms likely on Sunday.

Monday morning, temperatures in the upper 30s and low 40s. A bit chilly due to the cold front that moved through tonight.

Monday, temperatures in the mid to upper 60s for all of us, under mostly sunny skies.

West winds staying relatively calm throughout Monday. Could see wind gusts up to 15+ mph.
