Very hot through the end of the week

The heat and humidity will remain in place all the way through Friday. Saturday will still be warm, but not quite as hot. Then, the cooler air pushes in Sunday into next week. Precipitation chances remain low.

Excessive Heat Warnings are in place for our entire area through Friday.

We start off very warm and in the 70s. We’ll top out in the upper 90s.

The heat index will get very high very fast. We’ll be in the 110 to 115 degree range all afternoon.

The Skeeter Meter is going to be “medium” through the rest of the week. It’s too hot and not a lot of standing water is around.
