Warm and dry for now
The 4th of July weekend is almost upon us and it is looking dry all the way into the weekend and afternoon highs will be very warm.
For Thursday, we’ll see plenty of sunshine, light winds, and highs in the lower 90s.
The dew point will be a little high at times, so the humidity will be noticeable.
With the higher dew points, the heat index will be a few ticks higher than the actual temperature.
After the 4th of July, Saturday will be dry as well, but Sunday has a chance for some storms. The better storm chance comes our way during the first half of next week.
