Warm several days, storm potential Thursday into Friday
Another mild day is expected for Wednesday with a mix of sun and clouds and a light breeze.
We’ll start the day in the middle 30s and quickly warm up into the 50s by noon.
On Thursday, a frontal boundary will push through in the evening, giving us a chance for some storms. Some of those could be strong to severe.
Because of the chance for some strong to severe storms, there is a level 1 “Marginal Risk” for severe storms in place for Missouri into Illinois, western Kentucky, and far western Tennessee.
Another chance for strong to severe storms will push just to our south Friday evening.
After the storm chance Thursday and Friday, we start to cool back down through the weekend and into next week.
