Warm weekend with early rain
The weekend is going to be a little warmer than normal. The warmest day will be Saturday when highs will be in the middle 80s, but we cool off a little on Sunday when the highs will only be in the lower 80s. We’ll see a few showers and storms early Saturday, then again Saturday evening, but the evening storms will likely be to our south. On Sunday, we’ll see a mix of clouds and sun but no precipitation.
Precipitation chances take a back seat next week. We’ll mainly see mostly sunny skies with a few clouds every now and then. Temperatures will cool off a little, too. Highs will be in the lower and middle 70s all week, with lows in the 40s and 50s.
With the added moisture from the rain early Saturday, we may see a few more mosquitos over the weekend. Drier air will take back over early next week, though, dropping the meter back down to low.
