Weekend Forecast (6/24/22)
The heat and humidity is coming back on Saturday with highs in the upper 90s and dewpoints in the 60s!
There will be plenty of sunshine to go around on Saturday and not much of a breeze. If you have outdoor plans this weekend, be sure to stay hydrated, wear plenty of sunscreen, and find the shade/AC often!
As we head into the second half of the weekend, we’ll still have the heat and humidity, it just won’t be as hot on Sunday. There will be a decent chance for some scattered showers and storms, too. By Monday, the sun comes back, the temperatures back off a little bit, and the humidity won’t be as much of an issue. A pretty nice start to the week!
Your outdoor plans may need some bug spray, too. The Skeeter Meter is showing a decent chance for those pesky mosquitos on Saturday and especially Sunday!
The heat and humidity (and hopefully the mosquitos) go away for a good portion of next week. Highs for the first few days will be at or below average.
