Some power outages, trees down in Butler County

BUTLER COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – There are some power outages in Butler County and the surrounding area after storm storms blew through the area.

The National Weather Service reports multiple trees down including a tree that fell on a house.

Quarter inch hail was also reported in Poplar Bluff at 3:37 p.m.

No word on any injuries.

Ozark Border Electric Cooperative reports several hundred without power.

As of 5:12 p.m. a total of 526 out of 40,602 electric customers were without power.
