Escaped Fulton County inmate back in custody

FULTON COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – An escaped inmate from the Fulton County Detention Center is back in custody.

Michael Phillips escaped the Fulton County Detention Center on Tuesday, October 10.

Fulton County Sheriff Chad Parker says several agencies searched for Phillips.

Sheriff Parker thanked Henry Sanger of Fulton County for volunteering to fly and use his plane in the search for Phillips and Will Crafton from Carlislse County Emergency Management for the use of his drone.
