1 injured in shooting in Morehouse

MOREHOUSE, Mo. (KBSI) – New Madrid County Sheriff’s deputies are investigation after one person was shot in Morehouse Tuesday, October 17.

Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to Morehouse after an argument was overheard followed by a gunshot.

Deputies found a gunshot victim who was taken to a hospital.

A search warrant was obtained for the suspect’s home.

Deputies searched the home and found several items that were seized.

The investigation continues.
