Butler County Prosecuting Attorney appointed as Circuit Judge

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KBSI) – Missouri Gov. Mike Parson announced judicial appointments to the 12th and 36th Judicial Circuits.

Kacey L. Proctor of Poplar Bluff will be appointed as Circuit Judge for the 36th Judicial Circuit, according to a news release from the Office of Missouri Gov. Parson.

Proctor is currently the Butler County Prosecuting Attorney.

He has a Bachelor of Arts in philos0phy from Southeast Missouri State University and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University.

Proctor will replace Michael M. Pritchett who has retired.
