Benton, MO teacher facing sexual contact with student charges

SCOTT COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – A Benton, Mo. teacher faces sexual contact with a student charges in Scott County.

Kristin Rose Kirker faces two counts of sexual contact with a student.

According to the probable cause statement, Kirker is accused of performing sex acts and having sex with an underage person.

It started with Kirker exchanging sexually explicit pictures with a student beginning at the end of summer break 2023, according to the probable cause statement.
