Christopher man facing theft charge after burglary

CHRISTOPHER, Ill. (KBSI) – A Christopher man faces a theft charge after the sheriff says he stole numerous items from a home.
Franklin County Sheriff Kyle Bacon says a residential burglary was reported on November 1 at a rural Christopher home.
He says numerous items were taken from the home. On yesterdays date, and as a result of the burglary investigation, Deputies located and arrested
Braden J. Tabor, 18, of Christopher faces a charge of theft/possession of stolen property, a Class 3 felony.
Sheriff Bacon says ome items taken during the burglary were recovered.
Tabor taken to the Franklin County Jail for processing.
The sheriff’s office was assisted in the arrest by the Christopher Police Department.
The investigation is ongoing.
Sheriff Bacon says further arrests are possible.
