$50K winning Powerball ticket sold in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – A winning Powerball ticket was sold in Cape Girardeau.

A Missouri Lottery player won a $50,000 Powerball prize when her ticket matched four of the five white-ball numbers, plus the Powerball drawn in the Oct. 28 drawing.

The winning numbers were 14, 24, 50, 59 and 64, with a Powerball number of 2.

The ticket was purchased at Acee’s Neighborhood Market on 2017 Perryville Road in Cape.

The Saturday, November 18 Powerball jackpot is estimated at $280 million.

Players who purchased tickets in Cape Girardeau County in Fiscal Year 2023 won more than $12.8 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes.

Retailers in the county received more than $1.1 million in commissions and bonuses.

Education programs received more than $8.6 million in appropriated lottery proceeds.
