Registered sex offender wanted in Graves County, KY arrested in Union City, TN
GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A registered sex offender who has been on the run from authorities since November and facing the same offenses again was arrested.
Brian Readenour, 47, was arrested about 10:10 p.m. on Thursday, December 7 in Union City, Tennessee.
The Graves County Sheriff’s Office received a tip and detectives traveled to Union City, visually identified a vehicle that Readnour was inside.
They alerted Union City police. The two agencies blocked the vehicle in and arrested Readenour.
He was wanted in Graves County for the sexual abuse of a child, “2nd offense.” He is facing multiple charges that will all be released next date.
Readenour has been convicted two times before for sexually abusing children. The pending charges make a third child victim, according to Graves County Sheriff Jon Hayden.
Charges are pending for suspects who have been identified in aiding Readenour avoid arrest.
Readenour was already listed on the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry after convictions in 2016 in Graves County on charges of rape 3rd degree, sodomy 3rd degree and sexual abuse 1st degree with the victim being 13 years old.
