Kentucky police chase women on foot

Lyon County, Ky. (KBSI) – A female ran from officers after she was spotted walking down a highway.

On Saturday, November 25, 2023, at approximately 9pm, a deputy with the Lyon County Sheriff’s office, noticed a woman walking on the shoulder of US 62 West.

Deputy Michelle Kent approached the woman and she took off on foot and crossed a gated fence into private property.

Deputy Kent gathered information and found the female did not have permission to be on the property and she had parked her vehicle at a closed Kuttawa business prior to trespassing.

Ellen L. Brown, Age 25, of Paducah was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass-2nd Degree.

Brown is being held at the Crittenden County Detention Center.
