FOX23, American Red Cross blood drive collects 28 pints of blood
(KBSI) – The American Red Cross the FOX23 held a blood drive on Monday, December 4.
It was held at the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce in Jackson, Mo. and Auffenberg of Carbondale in Carbondale, Ill. from 12:30-5:30 p.m.
The blood drives collected 28 pints of blood from 30 donors, which means even more than 28 potential hospital patients will receive lifesaving transfusions.
- Jackson, MO – 13 units collected from 15 donors
- Carbondale, IL – 15 units collected from 15 donors
The blood drive was sponsored by FOX23, American Red Cross, SERVPRO, and H2H Realty.
