Mayfield man facing possession of meth charge after traffic stop in Murray

MURRAY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Mayfield man faces a possession of methamphetamine charge after a traffic stop on Monday.
Conner T. Snelling, 21, faces a charge of possesion of controlled substance 1st deg 1st offense-methamphetamine (Class D felony).
Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on US Hwy 641N in Murray at about 2 p.m. on December 4.
The driver was found to be in possession of illicit drugs, according to deputies with the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office.
Snelling was arrested and taken to the Calloway County Detention Center.
