Pedestrian seriously injured, woman facing DWI charge in Poplar Bluff

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (KBSI) – A pedestrian has serious injuries after he was hit by a vehicle while walking in Poplar Bluff.

It happened on Sunday, December 10 at 9:28 p.m.

Jeremy T. Lynn, 37, of Poplar Bluff was walking on County Road 450 west of Poplar Bluff when a 2017 GMC Canyon driven by Kimberly D. Trice, 53, of Poplar Bluff struck him, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

That caused Lynn to hit a a 2009 Dodge Charger driven by Heather A. Adams, 32, of Poplar Bluff.

Trice faces a driving while intoxicated charge and was arrested.

Lynn was taken by Air Evac to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

Both vehicles had minor damage.
