Hazel man facing drug charges in Calloway County

HAZEL, Ky. (KBSI) – A Hazel man faces drug charges in Calloway County.

Glen A. Bayless, 37, of Hazel faces charges of possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 3rd offense-methamphetamine (Class D felony), possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation for felony offense-Graves County.

About 6:30 a.m. on December 17, Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies found Bayless in a vehicle in Hazel who had an arrest warrant issued by Graves County for a probation violation.

He was found to be in possession of illicit drugs when he was arrested, according to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office.

Bayless was taken to the Calloway County Detention Center.

He was found guilty for possession of methamphetamine twice prior. Both were in February 2023, one time in Graves County and once in Calloway County.
