Hundreds of power outages as storms roll through

(KBSI) – Hundreds of people are without power Friday morning after showers and thunderstorms rolled into the FOX23 viewing area Friday morning.

The Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives reports the following outages as of 8:52 a.m. on January 12.

Dunklin County

  • Pemiscot-Dunklin Electric Cooperative – 2

New Madrid County

  • Pemiscot-Dunklin Electric Cooperative – 1

Ripley County

  • Ozark Border Electric Cooperative – 31

Stoddard County

  • Ozark Border Electric Cooperative – 176

Wayne County

  • Black River Electric Cooperative – 83

Ameren reports three customers without service between Sikeston and Bertrand, two without service in Oran, 40 near Grand Chain, Illinois, one near Ozark, Illinois, and one near Benton, Illinois.
