KENNETT, Mo. (KBSI) – City leaders at Kennett released the burn ban the city was under.

Kennett Fire Chief Lance Davis says the decision was made due to low humideity, low winds and a little rain the city has received.

Citizens are urged to use caution while burning and must call 573-888-4412 or 573-888-4512 before burning. This includes recreational fires.
