Dublin man dies in crash in Graves County

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Dublin man died in a crash in Graves County Tuesday.

Graves County Sheriff’s deputies responded to KY Hwy. 384 (New Dublin Road) just east of the Johnnie Road intersection for a one-vehicle crash on Tuesday, March 26 around 1:45 p.m.

Billy J. Luter, 59, of the Dublin community and was found to be dead at the scene. He was pronounced by the Graves County Coroner Brad Jones.

The investigation of the crash scene indicated that for unknown reasons, Luter who was traveling westbound, ran off the road and the vehicle overturned near a creek, according to Graves County Sheriff Jon Hayden.

The Mayfield Graves County Rescue Squad, Mayfield – Graves County EMS, Graves County Emergency Management and Paul’s Towing Company assisted sheriff’s deputies at the scene.

The crash was investigated by sheriff’s deputies Chad Hall, Sgt. Richard Edwards and Ben Doran.
