Large tree fallen over in Benton on Route 77: Structure collapse with 3 people inside

BENTON, Mo., (KBSI)- The storms on the morning of April 2, have crews working early.

A structure collapse was reported in Benton, Mo. with three people trapped inside the structure. Fire crews from the Benton Fire Department assisted and report that no injuries have occurred and all are safe.

Crews worked to clear the roadways on Rte. 77, where a large tree had fallen over blocking the road between Boomland and Benton.

Route 77 is now open again.
