3 people charged with methamphetamine trafficking in Marion, IL
MARION, Ill., (KBSI) – Three people face methamphetamine trafficking charges in Marion.
Marion police conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 57 for a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code on April 3.
During the stop, probable cause was established to conduct a search of the vehicle and a MPD K-9 was requested.
During the search of the vehicle, officers located approximately 33 pounds of crystal ice methamphetamine.
Linda Cuchna, 44, of Des Plaines, Ill.. Angel Nieves, 37, of Brookfield, Ill. and Rafael Caro Jr., 37, of Kansas City, Mo. each face a methamphetamine trafficking charge.
They were taken to the Williamson County Jail.
