Southeast MO State faculty, staff recognized at Excellence in Advising, Student Success, and Teaching Awards

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Academic advisors at Southeast Missouri State University celebrated the annual Excellence in Advising, Student Success, and Teaching awards on Tuesday.
Several faculty and staff across campus were recognized.
Dr. Samantha Siemers (faculty) and Joanna Shaver (staff) were named Outstanding Academic Advisors.
Learning Assistance Programs, Dr. Alisha Youngblood Ortiz, and Ivonne Goodin were recognized as SupportNET STARs.
The Provost’s Office honored Dr. Adam Criblez, Bridget Dixon, Dr. Missy Nieveen-Phegley, Yvonne Randolph, Dr. Sajan Silwal, Dr. Asa Wilson, Dr. Shawn Guiling, Eden Hildebrand, Dr. Jim Daughters and Dr. Brooke Clubbs for their excellence in teaching and mentorship.
Chartwells, the Department of Engineering and Technology, the Charles Hutson Greenhouse and others supported the event.
