Murray man arrested after indicted by Calloway County Grand Jury on drug charges

MURRAY, Ky. (KBSI) – Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Murray man after he was indicted by a Calloway County Grand Jury.

On April 28, deputies arrested Gabriel Ward, 42, on charges of possession of controlled substance 1st deg, 3rd offense-methamphetamine (Class D felony), possession of controlled substance 3rd deg-drug unspecified, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and traffic offenses.

Ward was indicted in April by the Calloway County Grand Jury.

He previously pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine in 2023 and 2024.

He was taken to the Calloway County Detention Center.
