Kentucky man arrested for drug trafficking

PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) – According to the Paducah Police Department they began an investigation after they received a tip about a man selling illegal drugs.

After investigation detectives found that Kiante Vaughn, age 27 of Twinson Court was selling crack cocaine.

On Thursday, May 9 during the morning hours the Paducah Police Department SWAT team, along with Probation and Parole Officers served search warrants at two locations where Vaughn resides. During the search, Detectives located 4.5 grams of crack cocaine.

Vaughn was arrested and taken to the McCracken County Jail.

Vaughn is currently out on bond for a previous drug trafficking charge and has previous convictions for Second-Degree assault and
Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
