MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky, (KBSI) – As summer draws closer, the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office celebrated the end of another school year by setting up a dunk tank outside a school.
Deputy Kimbler was the lucky sheriff’s deputy sitting atop the dunk tank awaiting the drop from the students’ throws. Along with the dunk tank fun, the deputies also handed out gift cards for free ice cream and pizza to the students donated by the Forever Sweet Creamery.
After the event the sheriff’s deputies say that they think the kids enjoyed the fun and were proud to be a part of their day.
The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office kicked off the summer with some basketball, shooting hoops with Williamson County kids.
Deputy Greenwalt and Deputy Snider spent time with some kids at the basketball courts and enjoyed the kick off to summer fun.
