Some facilities at Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area reopen after storms

(KBSI) – Some facilities at Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area reopened Tuesday while some remain closed due to power outages.

Crews continue to clear and assess the damages from Sunday’s storms.

While numerous fallen trees and power lines have been fixed, many remain.

All visitors are asked to recreate safely and responsibly.

The Homeplace 1850s Working Farm is closed due to power outage.

The Hillman Ferry Campground and Energy Lake Campground are without power.
