Man arrested for physical assault has multiple active felony warrants
MINER, Mo (KBSI) – Miner police responded to a report of aphysical assault at a hotel on June 15.
Police say when they arrived, Damian R. Herron ran from the scene and hid in a field behind the hotel where he was later found.
Miner police discovered Herron has multiple active felony warrants through Stoddard County Court.
Herron was transported to Scott County Jail.
According to Miner Police, the victim left the scene before authorities arrived and was uncooperative.
