Reward being offered for information regarding a recent homicide

Marshall County Reward In Murder Investigation 7/3

BENTON Ky. (KBSI) – On June 27, 2024 a 44 year old mad, Jesse Moore was found dead in his home in Marshall County. Police say there is an $1000 reward to anyone with information regarding the arrest of the person responsible. The Coroner in Benton, Kenny Pratt says what he knows on this case.

“So, what happened is Force Service and LVL they located an abandoned vehicle and when they locate that vehicle, they’re trying to find out who it belong to when they did. They were unable to make contact with that person. They contacted the family and then The Kentucky state police was called for a welfare check to go to his residence and check on him to see if he was there or not. When KSV got there on scene we got there on scene they were able to go into the house and when they did they found Mr. Moore deceased.”

Pratt explains why they believed someone killed Jesse Moore and that he is hoping the reward money will bring answers.

“The $1000 reward is for any tips that might help make an arrest or any leads that lead up to an arrest for the person that is involved with this case. But it was very obvious that foul play was connected to this case, that’s why they called for the coroner when I got out there.”
