Inmate graduates with GED while incarcerated

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI)- Calloway County Jail is congratulating one of its inmates.

Kalen Temple successfully achieved getting his GED while incarcerated at the Calloway County Jail.

The jail states they have hope that his dedication put into this achievement will help him to be more successful once released from incarceration.

The GED program is offered to the inmates of the Calloway County Jail, at no cost, by Calloway County GED/Adult Education.

GED Instructor Beth Allen comes in to teach and help the men and women who want to achieve their GED’s.
