Murray man facing child abuse charges

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Murray man faces child abuse charges.

Cody Hicks, 31, faces charges of criminal abuse 2nd degree-child under 12 (Class D felony) and assault 4th-child abuse.

He was arrested on July 22 on a warrant after allegations of child abuse.

Hicks was taken to the Calloway County Jail.
