Student suing Kelso School District, former teacher aide

SCOTT COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – A lawsuit has been filed against a former Kelso teacher aide facing counts of sexual contact with a student and the school district.
A lawsuilt was filed by lawyers for a former Kelso student in June claiming the school district was negligent in its response to the allegations.
Kristin Rose Kirker faces two counts of sexual contact with a student.
A lawsuit was filed by lawyers for a former Kelso student in June against the Scott County R-IV School District.
The school district filed a response to the lawsuit denying the allegations and asking the judge to dismiss the case on July 22.
Kirker filed a response on July 25 denying the allegations.
