Carbondale police ask for public’s help finding missing man

CARBONDALE, Ill. (KBSI) – Carbondale police ask for the public’s help finding a missing man.

Richard E. Slomkowski, 67, of Carbondale was last seen on August 13 at 7 p.m. in the area of West Main Street and New Era Road in Carbondale.

Slomkowski is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds with blue eyes and gray hair.

He was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt, black pants and black and white shoes.

Police say Slomkowski has a condition that places him at risk.
