3 face gun, drug charges in Calloway County

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Three people face gun or drug charges after authorities did a home visit with probation and parol in Calloway County.
Joshua C. Morris, 37, of Murray faces a charge of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon (Class C felony).
Dianna L. Lutz, 56, of Murray faces a charge of possesion of a handgun by a convicted felon (Class C felony).
Kyla Houston, 25, of Murray faces charges of possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense-methamphetamine (Class D felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies assisted Probation and Parole of Calloway County around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 22 while they did a home visit on Joshua Morris at his home on Kirkwood Drive.
Sheriff’s deputies say Morris and Dianna Lutz, also in the home, were found to be in the possession of a handgun. Both are convicted felons.
Kyla Houston was also in the home. Sheriff’s deputies say she was in possession of illicit drugs.
All three were taken to the Calloway County Detention Center.
