Creator of Phineas and Ferb, Dan Povenmire, to speak at SIU

CARBONDALE, Ill. (KBSI) – Southern Illinois University’s student programming council announces that Dan Povenmire, the co-creator and executive producer of Disney’s hit animated show, Phineas and Ferb, is speaking on September 19.

Povenmire also voices Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz in the animated comedy series and has worked on Family Guy and Spongebob.

He’s speaking for SIU’s family weekend in the Student Center Ballrooms from 6:30-8 p.m. There is a limited meet and greet at 8 p.m. following the event. It is free to students and the public.
