Kentucky county sheriff arrested on 2nd DUI charge

(KBSI) – A Kentucky county sheriff behind bars facing his second DUI charge.

The smallest county in Kentucky, Robertson County’s sheriff faces his second DUI charge.

Calls came into the police department about a person driving a tractor off the road.

Police found Sheriff Terry Gray driving the tractor on the road.

Officers began a traffic stop and arrested the off-duty sheriff.

Gray’s first DUI arrest took place in December 2023. His next court date for the first charge is on September 18.

He was taken to the Bourbon County Detention Center, then was released.
