Bollinger County Sheriff’s Office submits contracted services proposal to city of Marble Hill

MARBLE HILL, Mo. (KBSI) – The Bollinger County Sheriff’s Office submitted a proposal to city of Marble Hill officials for contracting law enforcement services.
This is after the all Marble Hill police officers submitted their resignations effective as of August 23.
Bollinger County Sheriff’s deputies’ proposal outlines approximate financial details associated with providing comprehensive, professional law enforcement service to Marble Hill.
Those include $160,000 for four deputies ($40,000 per year.)
Operational costs which include fuel, equipment, patrol vehicles, training and insurance total $126,720.
Annual dispatch services are estimated at $33,280. This is the current contract for dispatching services for Marble Hill.
The total proposed budget is $320,000. It includes:
- $160,000 for personnel costs
- $126,720 for operational costs
- $33,280 for dispatch services
